• Use AI-powered features (including MCP-based chat interfaces) to explore and interact with their data

The Service operates as a processor of Customer Data and does not independently determine the purposes or means of processing such data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.

4. Account Registration and Security

• You agree to provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Customer Infrastructure and Data Access

• You are responsible for configuring and securing access to your Kafka, Iceberg, and other data systems.
• By connecting your systems, you grant us permission to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.
• We do not monitor or control the content of your data and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or integrity.

6. AI Features and Data Processing

• The Service includes AI-powered features that may process your data to generate insights or responses.
• AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated results before relying on them.
• We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models unless explicitly agreed.

7. Data Ownership

• You retain all ownership rights to your data.
• We do not claim ownership of any Customer Data.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the purpose of delivering and improving the Service.

8. Data Storage and Transfers

• The Service is operated on infrastructure located in the United Kingdom and the United States.
• By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these jurisdictions.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

9. Security

• We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
• However, no system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss originating from your systems
• Misconfigurations of your infrastructure
• Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your data or infrastructure
• Your violation of these Terms

19. Governing Law

• UK / EEA Customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• US Customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
